These terms of sale (the "Terms") govern all services sold under the OUTSIDER brand, operated by:
SH SPORTS, a French simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) with share capital of 1,500 (one thousand five hundred) euros, whose registered office is at 42 avenue de Castelnau, bâtiment D, appartement 90, 34090 Montpellier, France, registered with the Montpellier Trade and Companies Register under number 102 986 106, intra-EU VAT number FR41 102 986 106, represented by Alan Huchet in his capacity as President,
Email: outsider.showcases@gmail.com
Hereinafter "SH SPORTS";
Outsider is a trade name created and operated by SH SPORTS for its activity of scouting showcases, promotion and support of football players, in particular for university projects, mainly abroad.
In these Terms, the name "Outsider" refers to the commercial offer and the services provided under this brand by SH SPORTS. The Customer's contracting party and service provider remains SH SPORTS.
The "Customer" means the adult natural person, acting for purposes outside their commercial, industrial, craft, liberal or agricultural activity, who places an Order for a service sold under the OUTSIDER brand, for themselves or on behalf of the Participant. When the Participant is an adult, the Customer and the Participant may be the same person. When the Participant is a minor, the Customer must be their legal representative. Orders placed by a legal entity or by a professional (club, academy, partner) are not governed by these Terms and are subject to specific conditions.
The "Participant" means the football player receiving the service.
An "Authorised User" means any person to whom SH SPORTS has given access to the Platform, after verifying their status, to view Participants' profiles, in particular coaches, recruiters and representatives of higher education institutions or sports organisations.
The "Order" means the purchase of one or more services by the Customer, through the process described in article 6.
The "Site" means the Outsider website, available at https://outsiderx.fr, used in particular to present the services offered by SH SPORTS, to consult information on Outsider offers and to order services.
The "Platform" means the Outsider digital environment used in particular to create, host, publish and consult Participants' profiles by Authorised Users, including recruiters, coaches and universities, and to present these profiles to sporting and university opportunities.
"Contact Facilitation" means the action by which SH SPORTS, following an Authorised User's expression of interest in the Participant's profile, and with the prior consent of the Participant or, if they are a minor, of their legal representative, sends that Authorised User the Participant's contact details and, where appropriate, facilitates exchanges between them, in particular by providing general information on the usual formalities and by helping with translation. SH SPORTS never acts as agent or representative of the Participant or of the Authorised User, does not negotiate on behalf of either party and plays no part in setting the terms of any admission, scholarship or contract. The mere viewing of the Participant's profile by an Authorised User, its appearance in search results or the sending of the profile without contact being made with the Participant do not constitute Contact Facilitation.
Article 1 – Purpose
Under the Outsider brand, SH SPORTS offers services mainly intended for football players who wish to increase their visibility and build a sporting and academic project with higher education institutions and with university or other sports organisations, in particular in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
The services offered under the Outsider brand may include in particular:
- the organisation of scouting days, sessions or events, hereinafter "Showcases";
- the observation and evaluation of football players;
- the creation of a digital profile of the Participant on the Outsider platform;
- the presentation of the Participant's sporting, academic and personal information;
- making certain profiles available to universities, coaches or authorised contacts;
- the production or integration of photographs, statistics or audiovisual content;
- optional services offered at registration, as presented on the Outsider website at the time of the order;
- personalised support services for a sporting and academic project abroad;
- assistance with certain administrative formalities related to the project;
- follow-up of the Participant during their university season.
The exact content of each service is the one presented on the Outsider website at the time of the order.
Administrative assistance consists of practical help and the provision of general information. It excludes any legal advice, in particular on immigration or visa law, for which the Customer is invited to consult a qualified professional.
Article 2 – Content and scope
These Terms apply to all services sold by SH SPORTS to Customers under the Outsider brand.
Any order placed on the Outsider website implies that the Customer has read and accepts these Terms without reservation.
Before final validation of the order, the Customer must confirm that they have read and accept these Terms by ticking the box provided for this purpose.
The applicable Terms are those in force on the date of the order, on which date the sale is deemed concluded.
SH SPORTS reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The new provisions apply to orders concluded after their entry into force, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
Article 3 – Outsider services
3.1 The Outsider Pack
3.1.1 Content of the Outsider Pack
The Outsider Pack sold by SH SPORTS includes, unless otherwise specified at the time of the Order:
- the creation of the Participant's profile from the information they provide and from the videos, tests and evaluations carried out directly by SH SPORTS at the Showcase, using the same protocol for all Participants, and its publication on the Outsider Platform;
- a one-to-one video call with the Participant, lasting thirty (30) minutes, held before the Showcase; when the Order is placed less than three (3) days before the Showcase, this meeting is held within fifteen (15) days after it;
- the Participant's participation in an Outsider Showcase;
- the visibility of the Participant's profile on the Outsider Platform and to Authorised Users for twelve (12) months from payment of the Order.
The precise characteristics of each of these services are those presented to the Customer when placing the Order.
3.1.2 Showcases
The purpose of Showcases organised under the Outsider brand is in particular to observe and evaluate Participants in various sporting situations.
Depending on the offer, they may also be used to collect information, evaluations, statistics, photographs or videos intended to enrich the Participant's profile.
The specific arrangements for each Showcase, in particular the date, venue, times, number of places available, programme and price, are specified on the website at the time of registration.
Exercises, matches, tests and evaluation methods may be adapted by SH SPORTS according to sporting, weather, material or organisational constraints. These adaptations do not deprive the Participant of the playing time in their position that they receive during the Showcase, except in the event of injury, established unfitness, exclusion under these Terms or force majeure.
3.2 The Outsider Pro Pack
The Outsider Pro Pack is intended for Participants whose sporting background is likely to match the level and expectations of the institutions and recruiters targeted by Outsider.
The Outsider Pro Pack may be purchased without taking part in an Outsider Showcase.
Access to the Outsider Pro Pack is subject to prior admission by SH SPORTS. The applicant submits an application on the Site, including in particular their sporting background and level of play. SH SPORTS reviews the application against objective criteria, applied identically to all applicants and presented on the Site, relating to the level of play reached, the age category and the league or country of play. SH SPORTS notifies the applicant of its decision by email within ten (10) working days of receipt of the complete application. The review of the application is free and does not commit the applicant. If admitted, SH SPORTS sends the applicant a link to the Site's order page, valid for fifteen (15) days; after this period, the admission lapses and the applicant may submit a new application. The contract is concluded upon payment, under the conditions of article 6. If the application is refused, nothing is owed. Admission does not prejudge the full verification of the profile elements, carried out after the Order, nor any prospect of recruitment (article 9).
The Outsider Pro Pack includes:
- the creation of the Participant's profile from the videos, data and documents provided by the Participant, including their verification (authenticity, consistency, level of play), a request for additional elements where necessary, their selection, formatting and harmonisation with the presentation standards of the Outsider Platform, followed by the publication of the profile;
- the visibility of the Participant's profile to Authorised Users for twenty-four (24) months from payment of the Order.
The precise characteristics of the service are those presented to the Customer when placing the Order.
The Outsider Pro Pack is offered at a total price of seven hundred (700) euros including VAT, corresponding to two separate phases of services:
- Phase 1, profile creation and visibility: three hundred (300) euros including VAT, payable on Order, in return for the services described above;
- Phase 2, preparation for departure: four hundred (400) euros including VAT, payable only under the conditions set out below.
By placing the Order, the Customer acknowledges having been informed of the total price of seven hundred (700) euros including VAT and accepts both phases of services and their payment terms. Only the price of Phase 1 is payable on Order; the price of Phase 2 is not due on that date.
When the Participant signs a Commitment during the visibility period of their profile, SH SPORTS provides the following Phase 2 services: three (3) preparation-for-departure video meetings with the Participant and their family, of 30 minutes maximum, covering in particular practical preparation for university life abroad, organisation of the departure and the transition to the Participant's new environment; drawing up the list of documents needed for departure; providing a physical preparation programme adapted to the Participant's project and departure timeline. A "Commitment" means any written agreement by which a higher education institution formalises the Participant's admission or their commitment to that institution, as part of their study and football project.
These services are separate from those of the Peace of Mind Support Pack, of the "Follow-up during your university season" service and of the optional services, in particular English test preparation, which are not included in their price.
The price of Phase 2 is a flat fee. It pays exclusively for the preparation-for-departure services described above and is not a commission calculated on the amount of any scholarship, financial aid, remuneration or other benefit obtained by the Participant. It becomes payable when the Commitment is signed: SH SPORTS then sends the Customer a link to the Site's payment page and contacts them to set the schedule and practical arrangements for the services. Signing the Commitment does not release SH SPORTS from providing these services; where all or part of them is not provided due to SH SPORTS, the corresponding part of the price is refunded to the Customer.
If no Commitment is signed during the profile's visibility period, the price of Phase 2 is not owed. The price of Phase 1 remains governed by the provisions applicable to it, subject to the Customer's statutory rights, in particular the right of withdrawal (article 7.2).
3.3 The Support Pack
The Support Pack is a support service for Participants wishing to receive personalised support for their sporting and academic project abroad.
It may include in particular:
- one-to-one discussions with the Participant;
- assistance in preparing and structuring their project;
- support with certain administrative formalities related to this project;
- advice on the different stages of the intended university and sporting path.
The exact content, duration, support arrangements and price of the Support Pack are those presented to the Customer at the time of the Order.
The Support Pack is a support service and includes no guarantee of recruitment, admission to an institution, scholarship, visa or any other decision of an institution, coach, administration or third party.
Administrative assistance consists of practical help and the provision of general information. It excludes any legal advice, in particular on immigration or visa law, for which the Customer is invited to consult a qualified professional.
3.4 The Peace of Mind Support Pack
3.4.1 Eligibility
The Peace of Mind Support Pack is intended for Participants who have been admitted to a higher education institution in the United States. It may be purchased whether or not the admission results from Outsider services. It is optional: no Outsider service and no admission depends on its purchase.
3.4.2 Content
The Peace of Mind Support Pack includes the following practical assistance services, prior to the Participant's departure:
- drawing up the list of documents requested by the host institution and by the consular authorities, and checking that they are complete before they are sent;
- help with filling in the student visa application form and booking an appointment at the competent consulate;
- coordination with a sworn translator for the translation of the required documents;
- where the institution requires it, registering the Participant for the required English test;
- SH SPORTS covering the following fees, included in the price of the Pack under the conditions of article 3.4.4:
- the SEVIS I-901 fee;
- the registration fee for the English test required by the host institution, limited to one (1) session per Participant, further sessions remaining payable by the Customer;
- sworn translation fees, up to eight (8) pages per Participant;
- follow-up of these formalities until the Participant's departure date.
3.4.3 Role of the Participant
The Participant, or their legal representative if they are a minor, remains the sole signatory and applicant for the forms and applications sent to the host institution and to the authorities. They certify the accuracy of the information and documents they provide, attend consular appointments and tests in person, and send the requested documents within the deadlines indicated by SH SPORTS. SH SPORTS does not act on behalf of the Participant with the authorities.
3.4.4 Price
The Peace of Mind Support Pack is offered at a flat price of two thousand two hundred (2,200) euros including VAT. This price includes all the services described in article 3.4.2, as well as SH SPORTS covering the SEVIS I-901 fee, the registration fee for one (1) session of the English test required by the host institution and sworn translation fees up to eight (8) pages. It is fixed and does not vary with the amount of fees actually incurred by SH SPORTS, in particular in the event of an increase in the fees of the authorities or bodies concerned or of a change in exchange rates. It is the same whether or not the host institution requires the English test. No sum is paid as an advance and no adjustment is made after the Pack has been completed.
Visa application fees charged by the consular authorities, and any tax related to the issue of the visa, are not included in the price of the Pack and are paid directly by the Participant or their legal representative.
Additional English test sessions and translation pages beyond the eighth are not included in the price of the Pack; they are paid directly by the Customer, who is informed in advance.
3.4.5 Timeframes
SH SPORTS begins the formalities within five (5) working days of the Order or, if later, of receipt of the admission documents issued by the host institution. Processing times of consular authorities and third-party bodies do not depend on SH SPORTS. When the Order is placed less than twelve (12) weeks before the start date set by the institution, SH SPORTS informs the Customer in writing before the Order and cannot guarantee that the formalities will be completed before that date.
3.4.6 No guarantee
Administrative assistance consists of practical help and the provision of general information. It excludes any legal advice, in particular on immigration or visa law, for which the Customer is invited to consult a qualified professional. The issue of a visa, final registration with the institution and the result of the English test are exclusively matters for the competent authorities and bodies (article 9).
3.5 Follow-up during your university season
3.5.1 Content
The "Follow-up during your university season" service, presented on the Site as the "Follow-up & Performance Pack", includes, during the Follow-up Period:
- a highlights video of the Participant's official competitive season, of up to eight (8) minutes, delivered within thirty (30) days of the last match of that season or, if later, of receipt of the last footage;
- a highlights video of up to three (3) minutes for each of three (3) matches chosen by the Participant, delivered within thirty (30) days of receipt of the footage of the match concerned, provided that this footage is sent before the end of the Follow-up Period;
- the option to request one (1) round of changes for each video, within seven (7) days of its delivery;
- access to an individual messaging group with the Outsider team, with a first reply within two (2) working days at most (Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays, Paris time);
- personalised advice on preparing for departure, adapting to life abroad, sporting progress and transfer formalities, as well as general physical preparation advice given by a provider holding the qualification required by the French Sports Code.
3.5.2 Follow-up Period
The Follow-up Period runs from the date of the Order until the following 31 May. It ends automatically on that date, without tacit renewal. The number of months covered, which depends on the date of the Order, is indicated to the Customer before the Order.
3.5.3 Match footage
The videos are made from footage sent by the Participant or made available by the institution or the competition. SH SPORTS does not film the matches. When the footage of a chosen match is unavailable or unusable, the Participant chooses another match. The videos are intended for the Participant's personal use and for their profile on the Outsider Platform; any other distribution is the Participant's responsibility, having regard to the rights held by the institution or the competition over this footage.
3.5.4 Nature of the advice
The advice consists of general recommendations adapted to the Participant's situation. It replaces neither the instructions of the institution's sports and medical staff, which prevail in all cases, nor medical, paramedical or psychological advice. As regards transfers, SH SPORTS provides general information on the formalities, excluding any contact with an institution on behalf of the Participant and any Contact Facilitation.
3.6 Optional services
The optional services offered by SH SPORTS may vary and are those defined on the Site at the time of the Order.
Some services are intrinsically linked to Showcases; others may be offered independently of any participation in a Showcase.
The content, price, performance arrangements and, where applicable, duration of each optional service are specified to the Customer at the time of the Order.
Article 4 – Pre-contractual information
4.1 Before the order and the conclusion of the contract, these terms of sale are provided to the Customer, who acknowledges having read and accepted them.
4.2 In addition to the information mentioned in article 4.3, SH SPORTS provides the Customer, before the conclusion of the contract and in a clear and comprehensible manner, with:
- the main characteristics of the service;
- the price of the service;
- information on the functionality of the digital content and, where applicable, its interoperability (article 4.4);
- the other contractual terms.
4.3 SH SPORTS provides the Customer with the following information:
- its name or company name, the geographical address of its establishment and, if different, that of its registered office, its telephone number and email address;
- the terms of payment, delivery and performance of the contract, as well as the arrangements for handling complaints;
- the existence and terms of the statutory guarantee of conformity applicable, where relevant, to digital services (articles L. 224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), as well as the remedies available to the Customer in the event of non-performance or improper performance of the services (articles 1217 et seq. of the French Civil Code);
- the duration of the contract, when it is concluded for a fixed term, or the conditions for terminating it in the case of an open-ended contract.
4.4 As regards digital content, SH SPORTS states that:
- the Site and the Platform can be accessed from an up-to-date web browser, on a computer, tablet or phone, without installing any software; videos can be played in the usual web formats.
4.5 Insurance. No Showcase takes place unless SH SPORTS has taken out professional civil liability insurance covering the activities carried out under the Outsider brand. The insurer's name and address, the policy number and the geographical area covered are stated in this article as soon as the policy is taken out and are sent to the Customer before the Showcase. If the insurance is not in place on the scheduled date of a Showcase, the Showcase is postponed or cancelled and article 12.1 applies.
4.6 The following information may be provided on request:
- information on its partnerships directly related to the service concerned and on the measures taken to avoid conflicts of interest;
- information on the conditions for using out-of-court dispute resolution procedures, where these are provided for by a code of conduct, a professional body or any other authority.
Article 5 – Price
Services sold under the Outsider brand are invoiced at the prices displayed on the website at the time of the order.
Prices are in euros. They include all taxes (TTC), including French VAT at the applicable rate, where French VAT applies. When, due to the nature of the service and the Customer's residence outside the European Union, the service is not subject to French VAT, the price paid remains the displayed price and the invoice states the basis for the exemption.
Additional services or options may be offered at registration. Their content and price are shown to the Customer before they validate their order.
SH SPORTS reserves the right to change the prices of Outsider services at any time.
Any service already ordered remains invoiced at the price accepted by the Customer when placing the order.
Article 6 – Order
6.1 Ordering on the site
To place an order, the Customer must in particular:
- select the desired OUTSIDER service;
- fill in the requested information;
- read and accept these Terms;
- check the summary of their Order;
- proceed to payment by clicking on the order button, whose label expressly states that the Order involves an obligation to pay, including, for the Outsider Pro Pack, the conditional payment obligation set out in article 3.2.
The Order becomes final once payment has been validated, subject to the applicable legal provisions, in particular those relating to the right of withdrawal.
Payment is made online through the payment provider offered on the site.
Bank details are processed by the payment provider concerned in accordance with its own security and confidentiality conditions. SH SPORTS does not itself store the Customer's full bank details when these are processed by a third-party provider.
An Order confirmation is sent to the Customer electronically.
In the event of refusal or a payment incident, SH SPORTS may suspend or cancel the Order under the conditions permitted by law.
The Order validated by payment is firm and final.
It entails full acceptance of these terms of sale and the obligation to pay for the services ordered.
The Outsider Pro Pack can only be ordered after an admission decision under the conditions of article 3.2.
6.2 Quotes and requests for further information
For services requiring a prior quote, the sale is only considered final once SH SPORTS has drawn up a quote and sent the Customer confirmation that the Order has been accepted.
The Order is deemed firm and final when SH SPORTS sends the Customer confirmation that the Order has been accepted. This entails full acceptance of these terms of sale and the obligation to pay for the services ordered.
Quotes issued by SH SPORTS are valid for fifteen (15) days.
6.3 Archiving
When the Order amounts to one hundred and twenty (120) euros or more, SH SPORTS keeps the written record of the contract for ten (10) years from its conclusion and guarantees the Customer access to it at any time, on simple request sent to outsider.showcases@gmail.com.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
Distance contracts are subject to the provisions of the French Consumer Code on the right of withdrawal.
The breakdown of the price used for each service reflects the actual workload of each of its stages. In the Outsider Pack, the profile is first created from the information provided by the Participant, then enriched with the elements collected directly by SH SPORTS at the Showcase, using the same protocol for all Participants (same tests, same video capture system). In the Outsider Pro Pack, the profile is built from elements provided by the Participant, of varying origin, format and quality, which SH SPORTS must verify, have completed where necessary, select and format in order to make them reliable and comparable with the other profiles presented on the Outsider Platform. This verification and standardisation work is the core of the Outsider Pro Pack service.

For information, for a price paid of €300 including VAT, these amounts are respectively €276 and €24.
The Phase 2 services (preparation for departure) provided for in article 3.2 are subject to the right of withdrawal under the same conditions. When the Customer exercises their right of withdrawal before these services begin, nothing is owed for them. When they exercise it after they have begun, they remain liable for an amount proportionate to the services actually performed.
The visibility period provided for in this article runs from payment of the Order, regardless of the date on which the Participant sends the information needed to finalise their profile.
In the event of withdrawal within the fourteen (14) day period but after the creation and publication of the player's profile, the Customer remains liable for:
- the 92% share corresponding to the creation of the profile described in article 3.2 and its publication, provided the corresponding services have actually been performed;
- the amount corresponding to the visibility period actually provided, calculated pro rata to the time actually elapsed.
On receipt of the withdrawal request, SH SPORTS ends the visibility of the player's profile on the Platform and to recruiters, subject to the legal obligations applicable to data retention.

When the option has been performed in full before the end of the withdrawal period, following the Customer's express request to begin performance immediately and their acknowledgement of the loss of their right of withdrawal upon full performance, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised under the conditions laid down by the applicable regulations.
7.7 Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer notifies SH SPORTS of their decision before the end of the fourteen (14) day period:
- using the withdrawal function available free of charge and at all times on the Site (link "Withdraw from the contract" in the footer of every page of the Site);
- or by sending the form in Appendix 1, or any other unambiguous statement expressing their decision to withdraw, by email to outsider.showcases@gmail.com or by post to the registered office of SH SPORTS.
SH SPORTS acknowledges receipt of the withdrawal without delay, on a durable medium.
SH SPORTS refunds the Customer the sums due no later than fourteen (14) days from the day it is informed of the decision to withdraw, less, where applicable, the amount corresponding to the services provided up to that date under the conditions of this article. The refund is made using the same means of payment as that used for the Order, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another means, and does not result in any cost for the Customer.
Article 8 – Registration
8.1 General information
The Customer undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at registration and when placing the Order.
The Participant must provide the information requested by SH SPORTS that is needed to organise the Showcase, to evaluate them and to create, finalise and manage their Outsider profile according to the services ordered.
Following the Order, SH SPORTS may send the Participant a questionnaire or any other means of collecting the information needed to create and finalise their profile.
The Participant undertakes to complete and send this information as soon as possible and, in principle, within fifteen (15) days of it being made available.
The Participant acknowledges that sending this information is necessary to finalise and publish their profile and may also be necessary to present it to recruiters and to university opportunities likely to match their profile.
If the requested information is sent late or incomplete, SH SPORTS may postpone the finalisation or publication of the profile until the necessary elements are received, without this delay automatically extending the visibility period purchased.
For Showcases, the Participant undertakes to report any information likely to affect their ability to take part normally and safely in the sporting activities offered, within three days of becoming aware of their potential inability.
SH SPORTS may request any document or authorisation needed to take part in a Showcase.
8.2 Minor Participants
When the Participant is a minor, their registration is made or authorised by their legal representative under the conditions set by SH SPORTS.
The legal representative declares that they have the necessary authority to register the minor Participant and to authorise their participation in the activities offered.
SH SPORTS may in particular request specific parental authorisation before participation.
The legal representative also undertakes to ensure that the information needed to create, finalise and manage the minor Participant's profile is complete, accurate and regularly updated.
8.3 Fitness for sport and insurance
Participation in a Showcase is reserved for Participants who hold, on the date of the Showcase, a valid football licence issued by the French Football Federation or by another national federation that is a member of FIFA. The Customer provides proof of this at SH SPORTS' request. Before the Showcase, the adult Participant, or the legal representative of the minor Participant, certifies on their honour, using the form sent by SH SPORTS, that the Participant answered no to each item of the health questionnaire made available to them or, failing that, that they have obtained a medical certificate stating that there is no contraindication to playing football. The answers to the questionnaire are not sent to SH SPORTS.
If, on the day of the Showcase, the Participant cannot prove that they hold a valid licence, they are refused access to the Showcase. When the Customer proves, within seven (7) days of the Showcase, that they have obtained or regularised this licence, SH SPORTS postpones the Participant's participation to a later Showcase, once and free of charge, subject to availability. Otherwise, the refusal of access is treated as an absence and article 11.1 applies.
SH SPORTS' civil liability insurance (article 4.5) covers damage for which SH SPORTS is liable. The Customer is informed of their interest in taking out, for the Participant, personal accident insurance covering bodily injury that the Participant could suffer without any fault on the part of SH SPORTS; the cover attached to the Participant's sports licence does not necessarily extend to activities organised by SH SPORTS.
When the Participant is a minor, their legal representative provides a telephone number at which they can be reached throughout the Showcase and authorises those in charge of the Showcase to call the emergency services and to take any emergency measures required by the Participant's condition.
Article 9 – No guarantee of recruitment, admission or scholarship
The services offered by SH SPORTS under the Outsider brand are scouting, evaluation, visibility, support and contact facilitation services for international sporting and university projects.
SH SPORTS does not guarantee the Participant or the Customer:
- sporting or university recruitment;
- being contacted by a university, coach, recruiter or any other User of the Platform;
- admission to a university or educational institution;
- a place in a sports team;
- a scholarship or financial aid, nor its amount;
- sporting or academic eligibility with a given sports organisation or institution;
- a visa, residence permit or any other administrative document;
- the success of a sporting, university or international project.
The assessments, evaluations, recommendations, information or Contact Facilitations provided by SH SPORTS are provided as part of the services ordered and do not constitute a decision or guarantee from a university, coach, federation, league or administrative authority.
Decisions on recruitment, admission, sporting conditions, academic conditions, financial aid, eligibility and administrative formalities are exclusively matters for the competent bodies or authorities.
The Participant and, where applicable, their legal representative therefore acknowledge that the purchase of an Outsider service relates to the services expressly described in these Terms and in the offer purchased, and not to the achievement of a specific result.
Nothing in this article is intended to or has the effect of excluding or limiting an obligation or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Article 10 – Duration, performance and end of services
10.1 Outsider Pack
The Outsider Pack is concluded for a fixed term.
The service includes in particular the creation and publication of the Participant's profile on the Outsider Platform, its visibility for twelve (12) months from payment of the Order, participation in a Showcase and the one-to-one meeting provided for in the Pack.
The profile's visibility period runs from payment of the Order, regardless of the date on which the Participant completes the questionnaire or sends the information needed to finalise their profile.
Following payment, SH SPORTS sends the Participant what is needed to collect the information required to finalise their profile. Publication and full use of the profile depend on receipt of the necessary information.
Once the necessary information has been sent and the profile is sufficiently complete, SH SPORTS may finalise the profile, publish it and, when the conditions are met, present it to recruiters and university opportunities likely to match the Participant's profile, including before participation in the Showcase.
At the end of the twelve (12) month period, the profile's visibility ends automatically, without tacit renewal and without any termination step being required from the Customer.
Any extension of the profile's visibility will be the subject of a new commercial offer and, where applicable, a new agreement from the Customer.
10.1.1 Performance timeframes
SH SPORTS publishes the Participant's profile within ten (10) working days of receipt of all the information needed to finalise it. The videos, evaluations and data collected at the Showcase are added to the profile within twenty-one (21) days of the Showcase. In the event of a delay attributable to SH SPORTS, the profile's visibility period is extended by a period equal to the delay.
10.1.2 Request for early end of profile visibility
The Customer or the Participant may request at any time that their profile no longer be visible on the Outsider Platform.
Any request must be sent by email to: outsider.showcases@gmail.com and will be handled as soon as possible by the SH SPORTS team.
A request for early removal of the profile ends its distribution to the Platform's Authorised Users.
A request for early removal of the profile does not entail a refund of the price of the Outsider Pack, subject to applicable mandatory legal provisions.
The consequences for the personal data contained in the profile are governed separately by the Privacy Policy and by the applicable data protection regulations.
10.1.3 Termination for breach by SH SPORTS
In the event of a breach by SH SPORTS of its contractual obligations, the Customer has the rights and remedies provided for by the applicable regulations.
When the breach can be remedied, the Customer is invited to inform SH SPORTS beforehand so that it can remedy it within a reasonable time.
These provisions do not limit any of the mandatory rights granted to consumers.
10.1.4 End of service in the event of breach by the Participant
SH SPORTS may end the Participant's access to Outsider services in particular in the event of:
- deliberate provision of false or falsified information or documents;
- fraudulent use of the Platform;
- abusive, threatening, violent or seriously disrespectful behaviour towards the teams, partner institutions, Participants or anyone involved in Outsider activities;
- use of the profile or the Platform contrary to their purpose;
- particularly serious behaviour or facts, in particular when they are likely to harm the safety or the physical or moral integrity of others, or make the Participant's continued presence in the Outsider programme manifestly incompatible with the safety, integrity or proper running of the project;
- or any other sufficiently serious breach of the Participant's contractual obligations.
When the nature of the breach allows it, SH SPORTS first informs the Customer of the breach found and gives them a reasonable period to remedy it.
Ending the service cannot result in SH SPORTS retaining sums to which it would not be entitled under the applicable regulations.
10.2 Outsider Pro Pack
The Outsider Pro Pack is concluded for a fixed term.
The service includes in particular the creation and publication of the Participant's profile on the Outsider Platform and its visibility to Authorised Users for twenty-four (24) months from payment of the Order.
Once the necessary information has been sent and the profile is sufficiently complete, SH SPORTS may finalise the profile, publish it and present it to recruiters and university opportunities likely to match the Participant's profile.
At the end of the twenty-four (24) month period, the profile's visibility ends automatically, without tacit renewal and without any termination step being required from the Customer.
Any extension of the profile's visibility will be the subject of a new commercial offer and, where applicable, a new agreement from the Customer.
10.2.1 Performance timeframes
SH SPORTS publishes the Participant's profile within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of all the necessary elements, this period including their verification. When the elements provided are insufficient, SH SPORTS informs the Participant within the same period, specifying the additional elements expected; the period starts again on their receipt. In the event of a delay attributable to SH SPORTS, the profile's visibility period is extended by a period equal to the delay.
10.2.2 Request for early end of profile visibility
The Customer or the Participant may request at any time that their profile no longer be visible on the Outsider Platform.
Any request must be sent by email to: outsider.showcases@gmail.com and will be handled as soon as possible by the SH SPORTS team.
A request for early removal of the profile ends its distribution to the Platform's Authorised Users.
A request for early removal of the profile does not entail a refund of the price of the Outsider Pro Pack, subject to applicable mandatory legal provisions.
10.2.3 Termination for breach by SH SPORTS
In the event of a breach by SH SPORTS of its contractual obligations, the Customer has the rights and remedies provided for by the applicable regulations.
When the breach can be remedied, the Customer is invited to inform SH SPORTS beforehand so that it can remedy it within a reasonable time.
These provisions do not limit any of the mandatory rights granted to consumers.
10.2.4 End of service in the event of breach by the Participant
SH SPORTS may end the Participant's access to Outsider services in particular in the event of:
- deliberate provision of false or falsified information or documents;
- fraudulent use of the Platform;
- abusive, threatening, violent or seriously disrespectful behaviour towards the teams, partner institutions, Participants or anyone involved in Outsider activities;
- use of the profile or the Platform contrary to their purpose;
- particularly serious behaviour or facts, in particular when they are likely to harm the safety or the physical or moral integrity of others, or make the Participant's continued presence in the Outsider programme manifestly incompatible with the safety, integrity or proper running of the project;
10.3 Support Pack
The Support Pack is concluded for the time needed to perform the services provided for in the Order.
The content, duration and performance arrangements of the Support Pack are specified to the Customer at the time of the Order.
The service ends once the services provided for in the Pack have been performed, unless a different duration is expressly provided for in the Order.
When the Support Pack includes several meetings or support stages, these are carried out according to the arrangements and timeframes agreed between SH SPORTS and the Customer.
If the Customer requests an early end, the provisions on the right of withdrawal, where applicable, and any specific conditions provided for in the Order apply.
In the event of a breach by SH SPORTS of its contractual obligations, the Customer has the rights and remedies provided for by the applicable regulations.
SH SPORTS may end the service in the event of a sufficiently serious breach by the Participant of their contractual obligations, in particular in the event of deliberate provision of false or falsified information, seriously disrespectful behaviour or behaviour making the continuation of the support manifestly incompatible with its proper running.
10.4 Peace of Mind Support Pack
The Peace of Mind Support Pack is concluded for the time needed to complete the formalities described in article 3.4. It ends on the Participant's departure date.
In the event of a breach by SH SPORTS of its contractual obligations, the Customer has the rights and remedies provided for by the applicable regulations.
SH SPORTS may end the service in the event of a sufficiently serious breach by the Participant of their contractual obligations, in particular in the event of deliberate provision of false or falsified information or documents. Ending the service cannot result in SH SPORTS retaining sums to which it would not be entitled under the applicable regulations.
10.5 Follow-up during your university season
The "Follow-up during your university season" service is concluded for the Follow-up Period defined in article 3.5.2.
When the Participant leaves the institution or permanently stops their season before the end of the Follow-up Period, for a justified reason (injury or other medical reason), the Customer may request an early end of the service. The part of the price corresponding to the remaining months of follow-up and to the videos not produced is then refunded.
In the event of a breach by SH SPORTS of its contractual obligations, the Customer has the rights and remedies provided for by the applicable regulations.
10.6 Optional services
10.6.1 Duration and performance of optional services
The optional services offered by SH SPORTS are additional services whose content, price and, where applicable, duration are specified to the Customer at the time of the Order.
When an optional service is directly linked to a Showcase, it is performed as part of and according to the arrangements of the Showcase concerned.
When an optional service can be performed independently of a Showcase, it is performed according to the arrangements, timeframes and conditions specified at the time of the Order.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of the Order, optional services are one-off services and end once they have been performed.
10.6.2 Cancellation or absence of the Participant
When an optional service is directly linked to a Showcase and cannot be performed independently of it, its cancellation or the Participant's absence is subject to the conditions set out in article 11 of these Terms.
When an optional service is independent of a Showcase, its cancellation is subject to the conditions provided for at the time of the Order and to the applicable legal provisions, in particular on the right of withdrawal.
10.6.3 Early end
When the Customer requests the early end of an optional service, the financial consequences are determined in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and, where applicable, the specific conditions communicated at the time of the Order.
When the Customer has expressly requested that performance of the service begin before the end of the withdrawal period, the provisions of article 7 on payment for services actually performed apply.
10.6.4 End of service in the event of breach
SH SPORTS may suspend or end an optional service in the event of a sufficiently serious breach by the Participant of their contractual obligations, in particular in the event of abusive, threatening, violent or seriously disrespectful behaviour, fraudulent use of the services or deliberate provision of false or falsified information.
When the nature of the breach allows it, SH SPORTS first informs the Customer of the breach found and gives them a reasonable period to remedy it.
Ending the service cannot result in SH SPORTS retaining sums to which it would not be entitled under the applicable regulations.
10.6.5 Cancellation or postponement of a Showcase
When an optional service is directly linked to a Showcase that is postponed or cancelled by SH SPORTS, the provisions of article 12 of these Terms apply.
When an optional service independent of a Showcase is cancelled by SH SPORTS, the Customer is entitled, depending on the circumstances and subject to the applicable legal provisions, to a postponement or a refund of the service concerned.
Article 11 – Cancellation of a Showcase by the Participant
11.1 Cancellation or absence at a Showcase
Any request to cancel participation in a Showcase must be sent to SH SPORTS in writing using the contact details given on the Outsider website.
Subject to mandatory legal provisions, in particular those relating to the right of withdrawal, the Participant's cancellation or absence at a Showcase does not give rise to a refund of the service concerned.
If the Participant is absent from the Showcase without a medical certificate, SH SPORTS has neither the videos nor the evaluation data needed to build a profile meeting the quality and consistency standards of the Outsider Platform, which rely on the direct observation of each Participant using the same protocol. SH SPORTS then offers the Customer:
- the Participant's participation in a later Showcase, subject to availability, for a supplement of sixty (60) euros including VAT.
- Failing the Customer's agreement within thirty (30) days of the date of the Showcase, SH SPORTS may remove from the Outsider Platform the Participant's profile published before the Showcase, in order to preserve the reliability of the profiles presented to Authorised Users. SH SPORTS then retains the sums corresponding to the services performed and the part of the price relating to the Showcase, the Participant's place having been reserved and the corresponding costs incurred; the part of the price corresponding to the remaining visibility period is refunded to the Customer.
In the event of an impediment resulting from an injury or a medical incapacity, the Participant may send SH SPORTS a medical certificate.
When the medical impediment is temporary and lasts less than three (3) months, SH SPORTS may, subject to availability, offer to postpone participation to a later Showcase.
When the medical impediment lasts three (3) months or more, SH SPORTS may, after reviewing the certificate sent, offer a refund of the service concerned.
No refund or postponement may, however, call into question a service already performed in full or a Contact Facilitation actually carried out, subject to the mandatory rights granted to the Customer by the applicable regulations.
When an option has been ordered and paid for specifically to be performed during the Showcase, it follows the fate of the main service under the conditions of these Terms.
The provisions of this article are a commercial policy applicable to cancellations and absences and are separate from any exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal.
11.2 Cancellation of a meeting
A cancellation or absence of the Participant at the first one-to-one meeting included in a Pack may give rise, even without a justified reason, to a new meeting being scheduled.
In the event of a new cancellation or absence at this replacement meeting, SH SPORTS may consider the meeting service as not performed and will not be required to organise a new meeting, unless it decides otherwise.
This policy does not deprive the Customer of the rights they have under the mandatory provisions of the applicable regulations.
Article 12 – Postponement, modification or cancellation by SH SPORTS
12.1 Showcase and related services
SH SPORTS may have to modify, postpone or cancel a Showcase organised under the Outsider brand, in particular in the event of:
- unavailability of the pitch or facilities;
- weather conditions incompatible with safety;
- an insufficient number of Participants;
- major unavailability of a staff member;
- an administrative decision;
- force majeure;
- or any other circumstance making it impossible to hold the event under normal conditions.
In the event of the final cancellation of a Showcase by SH SPORTS, the Customer chooses between:
- postponing the Participant's participation to another Showcase;
- a credit note for an amount equal to the part of the price corresponding to the services not performed, valid until the end of the visibility period purchased;
- a refund.
The refund covers the full price of the Outsider Pack, and the Participant's profile is then removed from the Outsider Platform. However, when the Participant has already benefited from a Contact Facilitation before notification of the cancellation, the refund covers only the part of the price corresponding to the services not performed (Showcase and, where applicable, one-to-one meeting), as well as options linked exclusively to that Showcase; the Participant's profile then remains visible until the end of the period purchased.
In the event of postponement, SH SPORTS will inform the Customer of the new participation arrangements. The profile then remains visible on the Outsider platform.
If the Customer is refunded the sums paid for the cancelled Showcase, all options ordered and paid for by the Customer that can only be performed at that Showcase will also be refunded.
Any optional service ordered by the Customer that can be performed without a Showcase being held will be maintained as is.
In the event of postponement or a credit note, any option ordered and actually paid for by the Customer will be treated in the same way as the cancelled service, i.e. postponed or credited as the case may be.
Expenses incurred personally by the Customer or the Participant independently of the OUTSIDER service, such as travel, accommodation or meal costs, are not included in the service and are not covered by SH SPORTS, unless otherwise required by law.
Any refund will be made within fourteen (14) days of notification of the decision affecting the service concerned.
12.2 Optional services independent of any Showcase
Any optional service ordered by the Customer that can be performed without a Showcase being held may be postponed, subject to the Customer's approval of the postponement conditions. Failing agreement, the service will be cancelled and the Customer refunded the price actually paid.
If SH SPORTS cancels an optional service actually paid for by the Customer, the Customer will be refunded the full price paid within fourteen (14) days of notification of the cancellation of that service.
Article 13 – Liability
SH SPORTS is responsible for the proper performance of its contractual obligations in accordance with the applicable regulations.
However, SH SPORTS cannot be held liable for decisions taken independently by a university, an educational institution, a coach, a federation, a university sports body, an administration, an embassy, a consulate or any other third-party body.
Nor does SH SPORTS guarantee that a particular institution or partner will remain on the Outsider platform throughout the visibility period of a profile.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to or has the effect of excluding or limiting a liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited with regard to a consumer.
Article 14 – Conduct and safety at Showcases
The Participant undertakes to follow the instructions of the managers, educators, coaches and other staff present at Showcases.
They undertake to behave respectfully towards the other Participants, the SH SPORTS teams, staff, facilities and third parties.
SH SPORTS reserves the right to exclude temporarily or permanently from an activity any Participant whose behaviour endangers people's safety or the proper running of the event.
The Participant is responsible for their personal equipment, except when certain equipment is expressly provided as part of the service.
Playing football involves the risks inherent in any sporting activity.
Nothing in this article is, however, intended to or has the effect of excluding or limiting a liability of SH SPORTS that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Article 15 – Profile and visibility on the Outsider Platform
15.1 Creation and finalisation of the profile
As part of the services offered by Outsider, SH SPORTS creates and manages a profile dedicated to the Participant on the Outsider Platform according to the services purchased.
Following validation of the Order and payment, SH SPORTS sends the Participant, electronically, what is needed to collect the information required to create and finalise their profile, in particular a questionnaire designed to gather the sporting, academic and personal information needed to present their profile.
The Participant undertakes to complete and send this information as soon as possible and, in principle, within fifteen (15) days of it being made available.
Receipt of this information is necessary to finalise and publish the profile.
When the necessary information has been received and the profile is sufficiently complete, SH SPORTS may finalise the Participant's profile, publish it on the Outsider Platform and, when the conditions are met, present it to recruiters, institutions or university opportunities likely to match their profile.
This presentation may take place even before the Participant takes part in a Showcase.
The information, results, statistics, evaluations, photographs, videos or other elements collected at a Showcase may then be added to the profile to enrich it and allow a more complete presentation of the Participant.
If the requested information is sent late or incomplete, SH SPORTS may postpone the finalisation or publication of the profile until the necessary elements are received.
A delay by the Participant in sending the necessary information does not automatically extend the visibility period purchased.
The timeframes for SH SPORTS to publish the profile are set out in articles 10.1.1 and 10.2.1.
15.2 Visibility period
For the Outsider Pack, the Participant's profile is visible for twelve (12) months from payment of the Order.
For the Outsider Pro Pack, the Participant's profile is visible for twenty-four (24) months from payment of the Order.
The visibility period runs regardless of the date on which the Participant completes their questionnaire or sends the information needed to finalise their profile.
The Participant therefore acknowledges that the time needed to send their information is included in the visibility period purchased.
At the end of the period provided for the Pack concerned, the profile's visibility ends automatically, unless there is a new purchase or an extension expressly accepted by the Customer.
15.3 Conditions of visibility and presentation
The profile's visibility includes in particular the possibility for Authorised Users of the Outsider Platform to view it under the conditions set by SH SPORTS.
SH SPORTS may also present certain profiles directly to recruiters, institutions or university opportunities likely to match the Participant's characteristics.
The Participant acknowledges that their profile may be presented before or after a Showcase and may change during the visibility period according to the information available, the results obtained and the elements added to the profile.
SH SPORTS remains free to determine the technical and operational arrangements for presenting profiles to Authorised Users, in accordance with the services purchased.
15.4 Early removal of the profile
The Customer or the Participant may request at any time that their profile no longer be visible on the Outsider Platform.
Any request must be sent by email to: outsider.showcases@gmail.com and will be handled as soon as possible by the SH SPORTS team.
This request ends the distribution of the profile to Platform users, subject to applicable legal obligations.
A request for early removal of the profile does not entail a refund of the price of the Pack, subject to any applicable mandatory rights.
The consequences for the personal data contained in the profile are governed separately by the Privacy Policy and by the applicable data protection regulations.
15.5 Information in the profile
The Customer and the Participant undertake to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
The Participant may report to SH SPORTS any error or outdated information so that the necessary corrections can be made.
SH SPORTS cannot be held liable for the consequences of false, incomplete or outdated information provided by the Customer or the Participant, unless the error results directly from a failure attributable to SH SPORTS.
15.6 No guarantee of views or recruitment
The publication and visibility of a profile constitute a profile presentation service.
In particular, SH SPORTS does not guarantee:
- any minimum number of profile views;
- any contact from a recruiter or institution;
- any recruitment offer;
- any admission to an institution;
- any scholarship or financial aid;
- any signing with a team or institution;
- any particular result in the Participant's university or sporting project.
In particular, SH SPORTS cannot be held liable if a profile is not viewed by Authorised Users, if no contact is made, or for a decision taken independently by a coach, a university or any other third party.
The Outsider Platform is a visibility and contact facilitation tool, not a guarantee of recruitment or admission.
15.7 Limitation of liability
SH SPORTS cannot be held liable for events or decisions that are not directly attributable to it, in particular when they result from:
- a fault or negligence of the Customer or the Participant;
- incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by the Customer or the Participant;
- an independent decision taken by a recruiter, a university, a coach, an administration or any other third party;
- an event meeting the legal conditions of force majeure;
- temporary unavailability or a malfunction not directly attributable to it.
Nothing in this article is intended to or has the effect of excluding or limiting guarantees, rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Article 16 – Force majeure
SH SPORTS cannot be held liable for a failure to perform its obligations when this results from an event meeting the legal conditions of force majeure.
SH SPORTS will inform the Customer as soon as possible and will take reasonably possible measures to limit the consequences of this event.
Article 17 – Image rights
17.1 Uses necessary to perform the services
Showcases are filmed, may be streamed live and are photographed. The Participant's images, videos and performance data, whether produced by SH SPORTS or provided by the Participant, are necessary to perform the services ordered. The adult Participant, or the legal representative of the minor Participant, authorises SH SPORTS, free of charge, to record, reproduce and distribute the Participant's image and voice for the following purposes only: evaluating the Participant, creating and enriching their profile, streaming the Showcase and presenting the profile to Authorised Users, on the Platform and by any means of electronic communication, worldwide, for the profile's visibility period. The live stream of Showcases is accessible exclusively to Authorised Users; it is not broadcast to the public.
17.2 Other uses
Any use of the Participant's image for other purposes, in particular communication, advertising or promotion of the Outsider brand, is subject to a separate, optional and revocable authorisation, obtained separately from these Terms. Refusing it has no effect on the Order.
17.3 Minor Participants
When the Participant is a minor, the authorisation provided for in article 17.1 is given by their legal representative. As parents jointly protect their child's image rights (article 372-1 of the French Civil Code), the legal representative who places the Order declares that they are acting with the agreement of the other holder of parental authority; SH SPORTS may ask for this agreement to be confirmed in writing. The minor Participant is involved in this decision according to their age and maturity.
Article 18 – Intellectual property
The Outsider brand, its visual identity, the website, the platform, the logos, texts, graphic elements, content, databases and other elements belonging to SH SPORTS or used with the authorisation of their owners are protected by the applicable intellectual property rules.
Any unauthorised reproduction, representation or use is prohibited.
A Participant who sends videos, photographs or documents to SH SPORTS guarantees that they hold the rights needed to use them, in particular the agreement of the person or organisation that produced them. They grant SH SPORTS, free of charge and for the profile's visibility period, the right to reproduce, adapt (selection, editing, formatting) and distribute them for the purposes described in article 17.1 only. Videos made from footage of university matches are governed by article 3.5.3.
Article 19 – Personal data protection
19.1 Principle
SH SPORTS processes the personal data of the Customer and the Participant in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978. The data processed, the purposes, the legal bases, the recipients, the retention periods and the rights of individuals are described in the Privacy Policy available on the Outsider website, to which these Terms refer. The same applies to performance data collected by sensors, in particular GPS, during Showcases. As profiles are viewed by Authorised Users located outside the European Union, and as the Peace of Mind Support Pack involves processing identity documents and visa documents, the data transfers concerned and their safeguards are described in the Privacy Policy.
19.2 Minor Participants
When the Participant is a minor, their legal representative confirms the registration and authorises the recording and sharing of the profile. They may exercise, on behalf of the Participant, all the rights provided for by the regulations.
Article 20 – General provisions
If any provision of these Terms is declared void or unenforceable, the other provisions remain applicable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The fact that SH SPORTS does not rely on a provision of these Terms on a given occasion does not constitute a waiver of its right to rely on it later.
Article 21 – Consumer mediation
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the consumer Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of a dispute with SH SPORTS, after first sending a written complaint to SH SPORTS.
Competent mediator:
CM2C (Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice)
Address: 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France
Website: https://www.cm2c.net (online referral)
SH SPORTS has joined the CM2C consumer mediation scheme for a period of three (3) years from 23 October 2026.
Article 22 – Applicable law and dispute resolution
22.1 International scope
These Terms are intended to apply to Customers, Participants and legal representatives, whatever their nationality or place of residence, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable in their country of residence or in any other country whose regulations apply to the contract.
22.2 Applicable law
These Terms and the contracts concluded between SH SPORTS and the Customer are governed by French law.
When the Customer is a consumer residing in a country in which mandatory protective provisions apply to them, the choice of French law does not prevent the application of the provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law that would apply in the absence of this choice.
This choice of French law is therefore not intended to and does not have the effect of depriving a consumer of the rights and protections granted to them by the mandatory provisions applicable to their situation.
22.3 Amicable dispute resolution
SH SPORTS invites the Customer to contact it first in order to seek an amicable solution to any dispute relating to an order or the performance of the services.
The Customer may send any complaint to SH SPORTS using the contact details given on the Outsider website.
When the applicable regulations provide for a mediation scheme or another out-of-court dispute resolution mechanism in which SH SPORTS is required to take part, the Customer may use it under the conditions laid down by those regulations.
22.4 Competent court
Failing an amicable resolution, the Customer may refer the matter, at their choice, to the court of the place where they lived at the time the contract was concluded or the harmful event occurred, or to any other court with jurisdiction under the mandatory provisions applicable to them.
22.5 Validity of the clause
If a provision of this article is declared unenforceable or ineffective in a given jurisdiction, the other provisions of these Terms will remain applicable to the extent permitted by the applicable law.
Article 23 – Language of the contract
These terms of sale are written in French. Where they are translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text shall prevail in the event of a dispute. The fact that exchanges between SH SPORTS and the Customer take place, in whole or in part, in a language other than French cannot be considered a waiver of the application of these terms of sale or of any of their provisions.
